Morphine withdrawal

HELP!!! I am coming down from a 520 mg /day morphine sulfate. Took my last dose last night. Have no refills. I am sick right now....feels like bad flu but worse. **** know what to do. My kids are with their dad. I am so scared. Need advise.

Also call the dr that prescribed them to you and let them know they can call you something for the anxiety and give you better advice on how to withdrawal...God bless you please learn never to go back this pain is worse than  probably what you started with...It will be over soon...I like to always remember also that it took a while get to the amount we were taking so it will take a while to heal...the sooner the better...call your doctor though see what they can offer....

Were you on the long acting one?....You can do this I have done it after surgery with a broken chest a ribs. Yes its hard but worth it...Lots of hot baths and Motrin or Advil....Icy Hot...How have you been taking it?....

Could I die if I stop cold turkey? I was taking a high dose and I weigh about 155 lbs. I am freaking out and have no insurance

Many will be on to help you out. I can recommend for now you look at the Thomas recipe. There are many ways to go about this, and some seem to work better than others. I have heard that chamomile tea actually helps. One thing I KNOW from personal experience is that soaking in warm baths temporary help. No joking, even though it's not hours of help, it's help, and in the state I am guessing you are in, it's something.
