This is a very smart decision to get off these now.  You will probably have some mild withdrawals.  VERY IMPORTANT......get this done now ,before this becomes an all consuming addiction.  Trust me it will get so much worse if you continue. You can get off fairly easy now and not go through the hell the rest of us long term user's are.  I have been using 5 years.  My withdrawal consists of 2 weeks of horrible flu like symptoms, followed by months of depression, anxiety and lack of energy.  I so wish someone had told me about this at my 5 month mark.
The reason you are feeling crappy even while taking them now is because your body has built a tollerance and wants more pills, then it will want more and more .Then you will be taking them just so you wont get sick. It's awful.  This cycle continues until you either get off them or you die.
So please just hunker down, plan on a week of not feeling to hot, and get this done.
Also you might want to join N/A to keep you in check. Keep reading and posting on this forum. The more info you have, the better you will do.  Best wishes.

I would not think you need outpatient care. That is a short time that you have been using. Anytime you stop taking opiates you will feel bad. Get through that part and then you can get your life back.
