My progress

When I put my tapering plan out on the table with my BF & DR. Things have been going very good for me. I take 1/2 in the morning and a1/2 in the PM . I have also not taken the 1/2 in the PM on 2 occasions because I didn't need it.
I also went to a meeting last night and although I didn't talk it was nice to surrounded by others that are recovered or in the same boat as me.

Great job.  I never thought about doing the master cleanse.   It's wonderful you have the support of your bf as well, many people don't have that. I fortunately have the support of my family and dr as well. Even tho my mom and grandparents don't live close by and my husband is in the military and not home very often. He's actually getting ready to leave again very soon. Even tho he won't be here when I start this process again just knowing I can be honest with him helps. Best of luck and keep up the great work

I started on the 1st with .5 hydro in morning then the other 1/2 in the PM if needed. I am also doing the Master cleanse ( I always do it 1st of year)
I have substituted the Vit C . Thru out the day when I'm craving a pill just to take one.

Great job and you are fortunate to have both your doctor and BF helping you.  We need all the support we can get.

Can I ask what you are taking ? And how many days since you started? I'm just curious because I'm going to start tapering Weds after I go to the doctors (have to have blood work, to make sure my levels are up)

Yes , he has my meds and shockingly enough it has worked out. I have surrenderd myself to my addiction and to him (lol) ... No but in all honesty it is working.
Next step finding an alternative to the meds to take care of the pain .
