My rehab update...

..tried to find an inpatient a few days ago with no luck.  My last Sub dose was Saturday.  I am comfortable but I'm literally soaking wet most of the time with sweat.  Plus I'll have strange 'twitching' at various parts of my body.

I hate the sweats the most when it comes to not taking my pills.  I get the chills as well.
I think I must really stink if I am that wet.  My friends assure me I do not.

I have posted this before, but here it is for your information.  Brewers yeast will help with the sweats and chills.  It works GREAT.  You can get it in a powder form, or in tablets.
If you buy the powder, mix two or three tsps with juice and swig it down.  The taste is not to horrible, but drink it fast.  You can do this twice a day, read the can to be sure.
This works in about 30 minutes.  I have read here that others have tried it and are amazed how well it works.  You can get this at the health food care for about $20 for a 3-5 lb can.  
I get the sweats so bad that I do not even wear a coat in the winter.  Try it and let us know if it works for you.

if u r comfotable..then perhaps some meetings daily could get u thru this time...i have taken sub...i know it is a drug i would abuse so i did not use it for detox when i quit hydros as it is so much stronger than hydros...the sub reps would have u beleive there are no wds..but i know this is not true...maybe if u taper very very slowly to a minute crumb..but addicts as a rule do not taper well...i dont...if i have it i will take it

Why is it that u feel u need rehab inpatient?  or r u speaking of outpatient?  i do know most big cities have a night program that u go to each night til ten after work...dont know if that would help...but let me know if i can help in any way at all...u r close to being free..hang tight..very tight

I'm sorry but I havent read your other posts    were you looking for a funded in-patient treatment center   or can you pay or have insurance?     I wish for you so much to have the treatment and an aftercare program.

Sorry you didnt find an in patient rehab too.  I am just here for the moral support!!!!  Arent Kim and i a big help!!!!!!!!!!!!   Stay with it now as you can do it.        sara

It's good to hear from you.I'm sorry you weren't able to find an in patient rehab but I'm glad to hear that you are feeling a bit more comfortable.I don't know anything about sub,but just wanted to offer my support.Hang in there,you can do this.All the best...Kim
