Im not understanding something here. People are talking about the physical stuff being over in a week or 2. Are you meaning like diahrea, vomiting stuff like that? If that's it I get that.

Here Is my problems: I cant focus on what im doing, cant be still and watch tv or read a book, heart races, anxiety like crazy, feel gaggy. Now is that mental or physical. Or both. By the way, would anyone who is clean, be willing to tell how long it took your brain to come back. Im just wondering if im a very slow healer. It has taken 8months before.

Hey chig. Yeah sometimes the brain lags way behind. I've got almost 7 months clean now and the anxiety, clarity and other issues persist. Remember we all are different but similar at the same time. The good news when you come on here is that you find that everything you are experiencing is normal. It gives off the sense that everything will be ok eventually. No sugar coating, it's hard but darn well worth it. Keep posting and updating you're definitely going in the right direction. Almost there. Best Wishes..ike
