day 60 for me

hello everyone, It's day 60 c/t from codeine (after over 10 yrs of abusing). I'm still doing good, no cravings to use, sleeping a little better. I've had lots of energy, but this last week or so have felt myself running out of steam earlier in the day than usual, i think this is a combination of the hot weather we're having (in Bulgaria until end of October) and the 60 day "ha, you thought it was all over" devil ! lol....From what i've read it happens to lots of us recovering addicts, so it's good to know it's "normal" and will get better again.

Anyway, i'm really looking forward to making my 90 day post now and can't tell you all how much your support, advice and love for this virtual stranger has helped me continue on this journey of recovery. I am much humbled by your selflessness and thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Have a great day whatever stage you're at, and anybody thinking of jumping off their own crazy drug ride...DO IT...the light at the end of this particular tunnel is almost blindingly bright!
