Thank you all so much!!! I REALLY appreciate all the comments!! Really...I do!! Yesterday was just a sucky day for me! Its hard to have a bad day when everything used to be just great! Even though it was sub I was on and I wasn't actually high...it was better than the day I had yesterday. If that makes any sense. Now, I just have all these crazy thoughts and I know its gonna take a long time to feel normal. Today is day 8 of no subs and I just wish I could get a grasp on my patience level. I have next to zero patience w/ my kids. Especially my oldest one and he's only 5. I feel so bad after I yell at him and it makes me feel even more depressed. I'm thinking about going and seeing my family doc Monday.

didnt wd from sub..but sub is a narcotic so many can relate

that cold/hot feeling sux..u never feel warm..or u r too hot

for me stress aggravated the feeling...a feeling of warmth would overwhelm me when i was stressed....or i would be cold at night/bundled up in blankets and wake up hot as he11.or sweating my rear end off...just know this passes+

This is very true! We want a quick fix for everything! Oh, how it *****!! You would think w/ 3 small children, this first 7 days would've flown by...but it didn't! :( I bet if I was high as a kite and on vacation...it would have!!

me too...everyone else would complain about being cold in here due to the a/c...and i'd always be the one who was hot!!!
I tell them, i think i'm coming down with something...then they stay away from me. lol.
yes, my feet wore cold...
it's a process...just as getting addicted to the darn things in the first place was...it didn't happen overnight, so we can't expect ourselves to be back to normal (whatever that is) overnight either.

Just tell the people at work you're getting a cold or whatever...

Hang in there...and Congrats!!!

Thanks everyone...including you Axl! Lol! I will definitely have to try the Epsom salt baths! i work during the day and it absolutely drives me crazy!! Desperatetostop, I am on the aminos and b6. Were you feet freezing too? Everyone @ work wants to know what's wrong w/ me b/c I was ALWAYS hot!! Now, I'm just the opposite!

I've used the vitamins B6 and the amino acids...it helps a little with the chills. I drank hot tea, coffee (decaf), cocoa, plain old warm water...whatever...and just dealt with it...sweater on, sweater off, sweater on, sweater off...
and finaly, I can say today that I no longer have the chills! I realized it last night...all of a sudden it hit me...no chills yesterday! awesome.
it's day 17 for me today...but everyone is different.

Good luck, hang in there, they'll go away in time.

Hi... I'm very new here (today was my first post) but I have an idea:  Maybe you just need to get warm inside;kind of like that "old, warm, fuzzy feeling"?   Here's something I've read on other posts:     Get some Epsom salts
Add to bathtub water that is just warm enough to sit
                                        in comfortably
Add hot water to good, warm temp. and sit there up to
                                        your neck if comfortable
Relax for as long as you can and keep adding hot water
Then wrap in towels until dry and  just get dressed

I'm not kidding., so many have sworn that this is wonderful, gets rid of chills/goosebumps and makes you feel great. It also detoxifies. I can attest !

Good luck and I hope this helps.      V.

Good for you........Day 7 !!!!!
