Oh what a better DAY!

Yesterday goes down as one of the worst days of my life. As you all know, I visited my Dr.  The nurse and
Dr. Were ssssooooooooooooo supportive. He said "this happens with this stuff".  He gave me something
for the naseau and a small prescribtion (Atavan) for the anxiety. I only use that at home cuz it maked me tired. BUT I slept from 7:00 last night until 10:30 this morning and am feeling good!!  I feel like this whole thing has been aan out of body experience.  For those of you on day 3 or wherever, don't be afraid to go ask for help for the withdrawals.
Thank you all for sticking with me yesterday I truely believe that is the only reason I made it through the day. I will keep watching and posting.  Today is technically day 4 for me.

Congrats on your clean time. I am on day 8 and feeling pretty good, so glad to be rid of the bathroom runs, the chills, the water eyes and sneezing to name a few.

I know I for one have good days and bad days, but when the bad days hit I get really busy.........no matter if its cleaning or whatever to get my mind off those darn pills. I believe thats the key to stay busy.

Also aftercare is a plus.
