Okay, anyone else around here having trouble sleeping?

Boy, I gotta love these sleepless nights!  Really cant complain for coming up on day 10...just take things as they come.

sleep was not an issue for me..i had the opposite problem and slept too much...i used very samll doses of ambien for sleep like 2.5 mg   some hae problems with ambien tho and they dont work for those with a benzo tolerence as they arent as strong....5htp and valerian root, gaga all helped me....neurontin that i take for my back helped as well...i am usually not compliant with it as it makes me tired but came in handy then...phenergan for nausea also helps people sleep...cold temps in the house with lots of blankets can slow ur metabolism as well....dark room and ear plug as well...i exercised during the day and that helps...exercsing at night brisky can hurt sleep
