Congrats on getting back on track.  That is the most important part.  You don't need the drugs.  You don't want them to be on them the rest of your life so now is the best time to be done with them for good.

The main thing you need to do everyday is not pick up...no matter what. I am finding that I need and want to dig deep about why I have been an addict all my life and start to treat myself with more love and compassion. For me and this is just me, it's not enough to just put down the drugs. I abused myself for a reason. I am in NA and it has helped tremendously.
I am proud of you for being clean!

Yes breezy, congrats of 4 days of choosing you and not the drugs. I hope you are looking into some form of aftercare. Whatever will help you stay clean. All you have to do for today is not pick up.
I am proud of you. This is not easy stuff but you are doing it.
