hi jess and welcome. if you stopped at 2mg that is why you felt so bad.
yes it is absolutely necessary to taper down a little at time every 3-5 days. once you drop a little bit dont go back up. let your body adjust to the lower dose and then drop again. this will give you the least amount of withdrawal symptoms. you can do this.

What you need to do, is taper down as much as you can, you usually do feel a few symptoms when reducing, but nothing major. Will it be possible for you to get right down into points of a mg? that is the best way to get the least withdrawals. Is that possible for you?

Thanks for answering blue. I have been on them for around 8 months.  I am on i guess it would be considered 2 mgs a day now. But the most i have ever done is a whole 8 mg tablet and not all at one time. I just dont understand why i get so sick and it lasts so long when i do so lil. Any help would appreciated. Since i dont have a doctor i have no plan

Hi Jess, sorry to hear about your situation with the Subs. You can get off them, you just need to have a proper plan! How long, and how much, you have been taking will determine what you need to do. If you can give some more information it will help, to be able to give you some better advice.
