Percocet

It has been 7 yrs., a couple a day and has escalated to 10 - 15/day over the last year.

I have just brought that down to about 7/day in the last two weeks.

I feel so anxious.  I am seeing an addiction Doctor, he doen't presribe, just talks.  This just started up, once a week.

It's all I think about.

Your anxiety will pass in time, but I know it's frustrating.  Find people you can confide in, even if it's here on this site.  Talk about what's going on in your head.  The constant thinking about the drug will go away, but it takes time.  So find things you can do to distract yourself.  You may have to go so far as to say "i'll distract myself for 5 min" and then increase the time intervals.  But talking about what is going on really does help.  You're not alone in this.  Hang in there
