Hello All! I got out yesterday and went to see the chiropractor but didn't get much sleep. So, I went back to him this morning and then went to the gym to walk a little on the treadmill and sit in the hot tub. Also picked up a protein shake. Still feeling very sore and sluggish. Also, not getting much rest at all. I'm getting around but am still feeling like poop. Any idea when this should subside? Any more I can be doing? Thank you in advance for your input.
