OK ! nobody has done it yet so I'm going to do it .
We all need something to be proud of today and I'm proud of all of you for quitting,staying clean,toughing out a rough detox or even trying or thinking about quitting. It is worth it !! We have some bad days here and there but bad days don't ruin our lives,doing dope does that ! So post Your clean time whether it's years or minutes. You guys are all such great people ! ;)

Thanks for starting this! I just checked and I have 639 days clean and sober. 21 months tomorrow, as a matter of fact.... Yay! Vic, I am with ya, still no days clean from nicotine! Stupid cigs. Lol. Working on just being healthy, started running, so I guess I will quit eventually. I am still grateful every single day that I am sober. My life is infinitely better than ever before. I actually look forward to things now, instead of dreading them, because I didn't know if I would have enough pills. I can just live life now, and it is a gift. I have not been around much lately, life has been busy with family and kids. I will try to check in more often. Much love to you all, keep fighting the fight, it is worth it:)

35 days clean today!! Great idea to post this thread! Yesterday was rough for many!! Today is a new and better day! Congrats to everyone and their sacred clean time!
I want to congratulate two other September's members like myself.... this month the three of us are 5 years clean !!!!! :)

To all of you struggling...take each hour at a time, remember that this is a long race, don't let your guard down and work on yourselves every single day ... there is no better person that can know what is going on or can tell that you are going through stress, don't overlook it...whatever happens in your life will have an impact, make this impact a positive one by not hiding it... hey, we are all in this together and we can do it !!!!!!
