i also decreased cipralex from 40mg to 20mg which was a 50% jump.. tapering down the zolpidem. was on 40mg a night, now i'm down to 15mg a night for a week and will try to sleep on 10mg tonight :-)

9 days clean off tramadol (working on day 10 now, getting increasingly easier day by day) and 3 weeks clean off the codeine.

I made it!!!!!! After a long drawn out 4 week taper off of every opiate to man kind i am proud to say i am officially 31 hours OPIATE FREE!!!  Vicki, i cant thank you enough for all that you have done for me and all the tough love too:)  I also, reached out to an addictionologist and hope to get in sometime next week, to start working on my aftercare.  My emotions are running wild and i want to start feeling again..... You are a true blessing to me and all the other members on here, and i applaud you.....

new to the site and gives me some real hope that so many of you guys are doing so well, 10 years on methadone and now 15 days totally drug free, apart from a ibuprofen 3 days ago.

hey, I posted yesterday too, but now I have another day clean. Lol... 38 days off methadone and feeling pretty good about it! This forum has pulled me through the hard times with support and encouragement, so thank you to all that helped along the way. But God gave me the strength so I will give Him ALL the glory. Congrats to everyone. We all sound like we are on Oprah... LOL!!! (but without the free cars) LOL!!! This is the best thing to be able to get online and find such a supportive, loving group of strangers. Haha. After 1 day of posting in our forum we are no longer strangers... More like warriors going to battle. Thanks again to all and God bless.
