Rapid detox symptoms and treatment

I recently went through a rapid detox for suboxone....I was on approx 1 mg a day, tapered down from 16mg over 5 year period but could not get off subs without help.  I set up my treatment a month in advance, exercised and ate well prior to the procedure.  Had the  procedure on Tuesday, and although the initial 24 hours afterwards were hard, by thursday I was walking and driving.  I have been trying to take hot baths, hot tubs, saunas, etc to keep me sweating and trying to walk/run when I can.  I received a naltroxone shot that is supposed to last 4 weeks; but I feel like my symptoms of difficulty concentrating, restlessness, and chills, are as likely to be from the naltroxone then the withdrawals. I would agree that  this is a much faster recovery that trying to quit subs cold turkey, but I am wondering if anyone  else has had this treatment and the results? Has anyone recently used a rapid detox treatment, and if so, how long did your symptoms last after inital treatment?  I have no urge of desire to use again, but worry that these symptoms will last (4) weeks until the shot wheres off, any suggestions?
