Day 19!!! Roller Coaster Ride!!!

I am feeling ok right now.  And that's ok!!!  I am going to do things to make me feel good.  Exercise and meditation and prayer and going on here to share the LOVE!!!

I sent this to someone today that is just starting too!  This is just a clear way of looking at this detoxing crap.  It's a ROLLER COASTER RIDE.

This is what I sent to him and I hope it helps someone else out there!

Keep up the good work!  I know how it feels!!!  Just take care of you today!  Your doing great!!!  Remember your on a roller coaster ride and some of the drops are really steep and it's going to make you feel really sick, but you don't want to jump off or you may die!!!  Just hang on until the ride is over!!!!

Actually I am taking Amino Acids and didn't really know they were amino acids.  I have also been craving and eating eggs an chicken more!  Just before this detox, I was thinking about becoming a vegetarian because food is so expensive and I thought it was healthy to not eat meat.  I've always made sure my body had plenty of protein throughout the years.  Mostly the last 13.  I drink lots of soy milk and ate mainly poultry.  I would a big portion of chicken with a huge salad.  My man and I eat huge salads almost every night when we're together and I have been doing that again!  I know all this stuff is helping me!  I learned about the Myelin Sheath when I was in rehab.  It is like a band that wraps around the axon of the neurotransmitters.  It's like when you hold a hose when it is turned on and you release the water when you let go of it.  That's what the Myelin Sheath does to your neurotransmitters.  It lets the natural endorphins or dopamine shoot out to the other neurotransmitters when it is needed.  When we take opiates into our bodies we make holes in the Myelin Sheath, but all these amino acids, Omega 3, Olive oil, 5HTP, L-Thenine, greens and much more helps heal the myelin sheath and we start to feel better!

We need to educate ourselves.  I am learning so much from people on here.  I didn't really know why I was told to take stuff, but I am healing myself naturally.  It is truly amazing.  I can't believe how my body is craving good foods now.  I am so "aware" of this and it is amazing!  I wonder if there is anything else I could do that I don't know about?

Well maybe not everyone!!! Just the winners!!!  I know there is hope.  Have you been to a doctor?  I went to the ER and that kinda cured my anxiety and am sleeping better.  Just to be checked out was a HUGE weight off my shoulders.  I have a big bill now, but that will get paid when I can.  Not going to worry about that now.  I am putting my health 1st!!!  That's great that you run!!!  Maybe you need to just walk and become aware of the Creation around you and how wonderful it is!  That is my passion.  I didn't know that for a long time.  I finally figured it out!!!  It's the only solid thing in this life on this earth that I can hang onto.  It is something that is not changing!  The rest of the world is changing so fast and everything is going so fast.  I don't know if you think of this stuff, but it does help me a lot!  Just telling you what works for me!

Are you taking any vitamins and  Amino acid supplements?  L- glutamine helps get those neurons and neurotransmitters regenerating faster. L- Tyrosine helps with energy.

Are you using any of the amino acid supplements from the amino acid protocol?  Vitamins?

Those ups and downs will get easier as time goes by, as your neurotransmitters are better able to keep up to demand instead of building up a little overnight then depleting during the day.  Day 19!  10 more days and they should be halfway there !   That should be "reward" day for you, to go out and reward yourself for  sticking with it and making it this far!

Keep up the good work!  Whenever you feel you are going for a ride,  coming here and talking about it is a lot better than sitting alone in silence and letting it eat at you!  Plus you can help others who are going through what you just did, which also helps put your own troubles further  from front and center of your mind.

I am on day 19 as well.It doesn't really seem like a rollercoaster ride though.I am sleeping about 4 hours a night and the days are still rough.I feel like I am 100 yrs old even though I have been running 2-3 miles a day.My body just does not seem to want to produce any endorphins.I feel like I am whining,no I am sure of that.I just want to feel better.I feel like I am just mising out every day I lose to this.I am doing more than I was ten days ago but have to really make myself do everything that I do.I know things will get better though, but they were so much better before I got into this that I don't think that I will ever get back.

You sound a lot like me!!!  Yes take advantage of the good days!!!  I felt like crap yesterday in the morning and I decided to get myself out of it.  I don't always feel like it, but I was sweating and stinking at work yesterday and I decide to really work out and force the sweat out before I went to work and that worked.  I will try anything, "IF" I "CHOOSE" to!!!

Thanks for your support!  How long have you been clean?  Couple of years?

yes, this is for sure a rollercoaster ride... and you are focusing on the peaks and making the most of them and this is the best thing that we could be doing... because there are some down moments, during the good ones we need making ourselves stronger ... meditation and exercise helped me a lot because i tended to overthink a lot too, i needed some time where i could put my mind on  " a blank moment "... keep walking, confort :)
