Ok I  only had 5 ultram yesterday but I upped it to 6 today with 5 I just could not sleep very well. I will do 6 for a couple of days and and tapper more after that. really wanted to stay at 5 but at least I'm starting. I  train pretty hard everyday so I hope my journey to getting off these Damn pills will come soon. THX Cathy for your advice I just happened to stumble on this site one day and man it really helps to hear that I'm not crazy I mean My doctor right up until last week still wasn't convinced Tramadol is very addicting LOL

maybe try just dropping 1/2 a pill instead of a whole one?  6 is stillpretty awesome, I wish I were at 6 how long did it take u to get there?? Ur doing fantastic:)

hey and you are welcome...dr need to learn more about trams before they dole them out like candy.....maybe drs should have to take all these meds and go through detox from they before they can prescribe them....stick with the 6 and go down in  few days...you will make it....
