Roller Coaster Ride

Who says that getting clean is not a ride in the park. I have been on a crazy roller coaster ride since I started this. I was doing great this morning feeling okay, joking around, doing a few things around here to catch up on things I have let go so I was good today. Then whammo I came in here and started to read a few things not anything to do with getting clean and all of the sudden I just got totally aggrivated for some reason. I started to act like a jerk to the wife so I came in here to get away before I say something I will regret and feel bad about later on. I opened up this site to see what is going on here. I just don't understand what the heck got me so aggitated so fast. Am I losing it, gaining an extra personality wtf? I know it is not that severe but it sure is strange for me to get all worked up over nothing. Okay enough with these crazy emotions already I have had enough and want to just chill out and go with the flow like  I used to do and am supposed to do. I am easy going most of the time, but for no good reason to just get mad at I don't know what?????????????? I am waiting on better days and hanging on!!!!!! Thanks for listening I feel a lil better.

Chocolate is NOT to be kidded about!!!!!! Seriously a dark chocolate 70% cocoa helps with cravings and lethargy. I had to resort to my stash on Saturday when I was having a really bad day.
Roller coaster ride is a very long one.

Seriously man, try some chocolate.  It causes the release of a chemical that is wicked powerful in the brain.  This whole time your brain is trying to readjust and heal, you're low on Serotonin, which can make you not only feel blue, but agitated as well.  On top of that, depression and agitation can go hand in hand.  So, if your suffering from one, you may have s/s typically known to be associated with the other......and like Cathy said, it may just be a bad day, period.  Hang in there.

What...!!!!! Emotion????!!!!! Noooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We gotta numb it up!!!!!
That's just the way it goes...I'm glad you recognized it and took control right away, not to take it out on anyone. That was wonderful..most would have expected everyone just to deal with it. Don't forget you've been doing a lot around the house getting ready for that trip and that wears on your nerves too..I think it might  be a little w/d's from chocolate...next time this happens, put an m&m under your tounge like a nitro pill..wait 10 minutes and you should feel better. If not repeat as necessary.
Take Care don't fuss you did well friend...
