I am taking an 1/8 of sub for the past two days (tookthis dose twice yesterday and only once today...took my last percocet Wed evening) and only have 2 pills left. My doctor gave me just enough to get through first week and says since I'll only be on it a week I should not feel withdrawals and should only feel the tiredness from my original DOC I am getting off of (10/325 percocets but 8 a day habit for the past 7 months).  I have ceraquil for sleep and am taking lots of vitamins...anybody know if this is the case or should I feel some form of WDs (you know the terrible part...not being able to move, RLS, pooping, etc) Any knowledge would be helpful but I have to be honest on this little of a dose I feel GREAT! Not planning on taking any more until Sunday...didn't take any sub until 6 p.m. today only to avoid feeling like **** in middle of night...but when would I feel WDs? How long after taking last dose of sub? and will I feel any WDS???

Hey there- i was only on subs for 15 days- they say the least amount of time your on it the best so maybe you'll be ok. I could not handle the withdrawals from the normal pain pills- that is why i chose the route of the subs- and i swore up and down i would not stay on them for long. I didn't ever take more than I needed- started off as small as possible (just like you sound like your doing)
Today I am on day 4 of no subs- still restless and weak as hell but I finally feel like today I am going to pull through!!
The sleeping pills will help that is for sure.... :)

You think I;ll just feel the tiredness but no physical WDs?  I can deal with lack of energy just can't deal with pooping, RLS and **** like that. I work only 7-2 which helps jkeep my brain off of it but I am trying to stay busy since I know this is MOSTLY mental! Tell yourself you feel like **** and you will ya know? Next weekend I have to work Froday 7-2 then Fri. night 8 p.m.-4 a.m. followed by my daughter's communion on Sat at 1:30 p.m. followed by three hour party starting at 4...so I will do it!!!!!!  I am so confused tho cause everyone says I will feel fine after a week of sub (as long as it's only a week and thats all I have so I should be fine....I'm gonna take a crumb now and then 1/8 later since I have to work from 8 p.m.-4 a.m. but I;m thinking I'll be fine since it does give energy and yesterday I took two 1/8's so less today is good!!! Just rambling now SORRY! Just wish I knew what to expect...got ceraquil for sleep and counseling lined up for this Wed...so I have a plan!!!!

You should start to fell w/ds in 24 to 36 hours, the worst for me was RLS, and not sleeping, sub is supposed to wash the receiptors in your brain and kinda take that craving away once your off it i was on 13 months and my w/ds last almost a month with sleeping being the last thing to return. But by being on it such a short time you will not w/d from the sub so you will need a plan to stay off the percs I hope you have great success and everything goes very smooth and easy good luck

what WD symptoms are u feeling? If you could share that would be great! Are they the ones you felt from WDS from the pills in the first place? and you really think they'll be that bad after a 6 day use???

I definitely don't want any more sub since I don't want to get addicted to something else but Thank you plus I'm in NJ

I have a problem with Vicodin and for my come downs, or WD's whatever you want to call it, I'd get Suboxon from my now ex boyfriend. He'd only give me about an 1/8  or even less at a time, and sometimes more then that If we was having a good time and just both wanted to get messed up. I love taking the Suboxon, sometimes it wires me up, sometimes sleepy...I'm telling you this because your doctor is telling you taking it for only a week should not get you hooked but If your addicted to the percocet, then my guess is that your like many and have an addictive personality. If your doctor takes you off of everything and you need the help, I know a doctor in Houston that my ex goes to, to get the Suboxon ..maybe you could go for help if need be. By all means, good luck, I wish you the very best, but like I said, If you need the help, let me know and I will get you the phone number...Melody

sounds like you tapered well- but the worst is yet to come. It took a full 27 hours before i started feeling the withdrawal symptoms from the sub- sorry to say I am on day 3 and feel like ****- so good luck to you- stay strong
