Suboxone withdrawl

Been on suboxone since 02/14/16 started at 40 mg per day, that's right, 5 pills, down to 1 mg, constant depression, what do I got to do to quit

Well obviously your tapering....keep tapering!  Are you doing this through a dr?  If your at 1mg...keep tapering lower before you make the jump.  You've obviously done very well so far to be at 1mg so just keep doing what your doing and it will be done soon!  
BTW....that's a hellish dose you were on?  Why the hell would they start you so high?
