Does anyone know where you can purchase the sleep MD? Is it available at CVS or Walgreens? Please send me a note ane let me know. Thanks so much!!
Last night I took another sleep MD. I was not sleepy at all when I took it, an hour later, I couldn't hold my eyes open. The key is not to fight it, when you start feeling sleepy GO TO BED...I did still wake up in the middle of the night, but fell right back to sleep. And wake up feeling great, no "hangover" feeling. I'm aware what works for one, won't work for all, but if your desperate like I was it's worth a shot.
i took the sleep md last night , i slept like a baby. Not sure if it was because I had only 2 hours of sleep the night before and then cried all day (yea, I had a pity party yesterday) lol. But I'm taking the other one tonight so I'll see if it was just my own body letting me sleep last night or if it was from the sleep md. Update tomm.
i either saw an advertisement for sleep md or heard a commercial or something....cuz it sounds real familiar....or maybe i even saw it otc...can't even recall now....but now that you were mentioning it, i got curious too....i'm the same way, i'm so iffy about taking new things that i've never taken before....so overly cautious (and again, funny hearing that coming from someone who has no problems taking a hundred hydros in a month, geez)...i, too, have major sleep issues (ever since my kids were born, terrible insomnia for about 5 years) and have been taking ativan every night for that, which works like a charm, but i made the decision that i need to get off of that stuff (under dr's supervision), so i'm now REALLY looking for something natural and/or otc that REALLY works (although i know every body is different, responds differently, etc.). still, any experiences out there with this sleep md stuff? i'm all ears (or eyes actually)
I tried sleep md,it did nothing for me,but try it and see if it works for you.It is all natural and it says it is made by doctors. So I don't think it will hurt to try.you never know . it might help you.
she just gave them to me from her bottle, so not real sure. I do know they are OTC not prescription. It's suppossed to have natural ingredients. I know one of them being the melatonin.
What exactly is sleep md? Do you know ingredients and strengths? I used benadryl, melatonin, and sleepytime tea (celestial seasonings) when I needed something.
