Plz continue to pray for me. This rls and diarrhea is tough. I'm feeling so tired but I'm not sleeping. Well other than that I'm ok.lol. I thought it would have subsided by now.
I've been there.. It's very rough to have kids around especially when you are detoxing. I have four kids, my youngest is five y.o. and very clingy. But sometimes it's a good distraction. I will pray for you... Stay strong and smile. This is 99% mental..
Just reaching out, I hope all is well, everyday remind urself to contnue the fight. I know I can never take one again, one will set me back, and with God help I'm getting through this. I can do all things through Cnrist that strengthens me.
Better....so that's not just me....the sneezing was always a good sign for me in that I had progressed past the worst of it. And it does linger forever in spurts. But it was always a constant reminder and made me laugh and feel good I had made it to just 30 sneezes in a row somedays.
This will sound weird, but it's really true. The sneezing is actually laughter coming back to you. It's all the delicate nerves in your body that FEEL, coming back to life again.
It is a good sign!
Hey Jojo, thats beautiful news if you can have your little one's this weekend.
I will prey for you : )
It does help to see their gorgeous face's..
We normally start to sneeze in early detox and this can linger for months, but also lesson over time, depend's what w/d symptom the body really favour's !!!
I would sneeze within 12 hours of not having heroin and it would stop the second i used.
The toxin's have a weird way of releasing themselves, they come out of every part of our body, by sneezing, coughing, sweating, bowel movement, our eye's etc.
So its annoying, but its a sign, the toxin's are coming out your body.
Have a great weekend Jojo : )
The sneezes are always a sign for me that everything else is almost or completely over. Those and the bathroom issues linger for me too. You're doing well. Howe your state of mind? Sneezes in 30's last forever with me. But like I said I end up laughing eventually with those because I know the worst is over at that point.
