Still waiting for rehab bed

Hi everyone. Just wanted to check in. I'm still waiting for a bed to open at rehab. Male beds are open but no female beds. Last week they said I would probably have a bed by Friday or Saturday but that's come and gone. I did start lowering my Suboxone on my own, I've stopped taking 8mg a day and instead I am taking 6mg. Haven't notices any difference in doing that so that's good. I've been spending tons of time with my kiddies, because I know I could go at any time so I've been trying to so some really fun things with them. My 14 year old is very proud of me for getting ready to go and that feels good.

Thanks to everyone who gave me such great encouragement to go through with going to rehab. I will keep you all posted on when I get a bed there. :)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!  I just got out of inpatient treatment not long ago.  I have a journal entry called 'my psych ward story' that you are welcome to read... it may help you if you feel nervous about going.  And its long, but worth the time if it helps.  Blessings - Blu
