Struggling today

I've posted here lately & found needed help from people who understand what i'm feeling. I don't know what to write but feel I need to talk. My head is all over the place & I feel really rough. I've hardly slept the last 4 or 5 nights & I feel really light headed at the moment. My kids are asleep upstairs & my wife is in london for an awards ceremony for work & she's staying over. My alarm went off this morning to get the kids up & ready for school but I turned it off & fell back to sleep. Luckily my son who's 15 woke up just in time & woke me with just enough time to get my girls up & ready. My eldest girl  ( 13 ) got ready & left for her bus just in time & I just had enough time to get my 5 year old daughter up, fed & walked to school. This is the second morning in a row i've slept in due to only just falling asleep before the alarm goes off. I don't feel tired as my head is all over the place. I used to take speed when I was younger & it's a similar feeling without the buzz. I know this is not doing me any good & I will end up just crashing. I haven't had an appetite lately either & i've hardly eaten. I've started 10 days ago to reduce my morphine  intake from 4 x 60mg pills in the morning to 3 x 60mg pills. I also take lots of other painkillers & oramorph solution too for back pain. If anyone has any suggestions i'd love to hear.

Also not a pro but I am here! Have you tried taking some benadryl to help you sleep? It should knock you out even if only for a few hours. Better some sleep then no sleep. Just a thought. I am not sure if you can take it with everything else your taking but it usually doesnt interact with other meds. Call your pharmacist and find out. I wish you luck!

I am sorry to hear you are having  a tuff day, but you got through it! Hey thats a start,
The fourm is a bit quiet today It is Thanksgiving day here in the states.
I am not a pro on morphine but just wanted you to know someone was here.
