thanks for your imput. i think i will decrease than dose 20 percent for a week and so on untill its done. theres no easy way. roadrunner940

I weened by taking 40s after a week instead of 80s, than 40s for two weeks. 20s for 3 weeks. Than none.The next 3 weeks were bad but would have been so much worse. I dont want to minamise WD. Its a force to deal with.

I would take a half away every 5 day's but I'm sorry to say that you will still feel wd at the end of your taper.. There really is no getting around it (sorry) I wish you well on your journey.. lesa
