day 4 tram wd

Not much better than day 3 but I have brief periods of feeling ok. Heart races alot. Going to the gym laterto try hot tub and steam room. Exersize has hepledbefore but my bones hurt to much to walk far. Is day 5 really better

i am going to warn you that after day 6 it is not  a linear progression.  and it gets slow,  at least it did for me.   search emilypost  at top of page.  a lot of material.

yes day 5 really is better and day 6 is better than that keep up the good fight your almost there good idea about the gym it really will help.snowflake
