Thanks for the feed back i had kicked it once before by fell right back into the heroin and i overdose and almost died it just seem like everytime i get off of done i end up back in the same place so at this point in my life i feel it is better to be on done then to be back in that dark hole but i do plan to get off one day just dont know when

Hi  and welcome to the forum....as for the vitadone it is a supplument and it can very well interfear on how your medaction works  this one is best left to the doctor to go over you with  what king of med are you taking for your anxiety>???? any way fill us in with how much and what your taking  and how long you been on it as for the methadone just know there is life after it  I was at 150mg for almost 7yrs  did a slow taper over 8 1/2 months and kicked it  it wasent pritty but it was doable.... you will come to find out just what that crap was doing to you as you get clean....there is quit a few of us that have kicked methadone on this forum  we can help you quit also....  may God be with you................Gnarly
