Taking Tylenol for withdrawals

I took 2-500 mg tylenols yesterday and 2 today.  Also took a xanax last night around 10 p.m. to sleep and it took me until 2 a.m. to get to sleep.  Does anybody think that is a good idea and should I be taking Ibroprofen or maybe even aleve instead?  Or should I rotate the tylenol and ibuprofen every four hours.  I am feeling better today than yesterday and its day 2, but I am worried about sleeping tonight.  I have never had a problem getting addicted to xanax.  Hydroco is another thing though.

using benzos durning WD is very risky many people that have never had a problem with benzos before end up with a problem. Cross addiction happens frequently. It did not seem to help you very much to sleep anyway. I would stay away from it. Changing between tylenol and Motrin is a fine idea .good luck we are here to help.
