Taper Plan

This is the plan I am going to use one my next script I get 180 tramadol
4 pills in the am and 4 in the pm for 5 days 8 pillsX 5 days=40
3.5 in the am and 3.5 in the pm for 5 days  7 pillsX5=35
3 in the am and 3 in the pm for 5 days  6 pillsX5=30
2.5 in the am and 2.5 in the pm for 5 days  5 pillsX5=25
2 in the am and 2 in the pm for 5 days  4 pillsX5=20
1.5 in the am and 1.5 in the pm for 5 days  3 pillsX5=15
1 in the am and 1 in the pm for 5 days  2 pillsX5=10
1/2 in the am and 1/2 in the pm for 5 days  1 pillX5=5
Total 180 pills

1/2 once a days for 5 days and then done!!!  2.5 extra (save from current script)

This should take me about 180 pills plus 2.5 more so it obligates my entiree script and it is a slow as possible.  I am not sure however how the amino acids factor into this I plan to do tylenol pm if I need it for sleep  So I have this script I am on the get my mind ready for this plan.  How does it sound??

I think it looks like good taper. The mistake most people make is tapering to quick at the very end and then the WDs set in. If you think about it if you are on 10 pills a day and you drop 1 then that's a 10% cut but when you are down to 2 and you drop 1 then although it's still only 1 pill it's now a 50% drop which will hit youmuch harder. I'm currently battleing a 6 year methadone addiction but years ago I worked for a well known pharmaceutical company here in the UK who sold tramadol (under licence as Zydol). I had almost unlimited access to tramadol in many different forms, 50mg capsules, 100mg and 200mg slow release tabs and 100mg 2ml ampules. As you can probably imagine, I abused it in a most monumental way. as I am a 240lb bobybuilder I have quite a high tollerence for all opiates and I am very ashamed to say I used up to100 50mg tramadol tabs per day and would also regularily inject several hundred mg intravenously instead. I thank god every day that I am still here to tell you all about this. How I am still here I have no idea. If I knew then what I know know about the dangers of tramadol causing seisures I would never had done it (although since I am an addict I probably would have done it anyway). Anyway, sorry to ramble it's just whenever I hear the word "tramadol"it sends shivers down my spine.
to get back to your original point don't forget to make the drops as small as possible when you get towards the end. This will take longer but is the best way to avoid WDs.

I understand you not wanting to have left overs.If 5 days is workable then to it . The reason you spread them over the day is it gives you an equal amount of the drug threw the day it makes it easier to come off of them

The only problem w/ 7 is it requires 252 pills and I would have to do another script and wind up w/ excess or replan this so I have enough..I suppose I could do that I would just need to see howmuch to save from one script  or when to start.(72 pills) extra.  I also will walk w/ my cowaorker 15 minutes on breaks twice a day in am & pm.  I don't take them after 7 pm because they keep me awake..but I have some time to tweek this plan.  4 pills at once doesn't getme high (usually 6) and the only thing I don't like about spreading them out is having to remember when to take them I like just doing it and being done the effects last me until the next dose.  I am trying to go about this the right way by having a plan in place and may have H hold the pills for me.  It's most important that they be completely gone when I am done.

Sounds like a good plan to me.I wish you all the luck in the world.It would make it much easier for you to stick to the plan if you have someone you can trust to give you your pills,this way you won't be tempted to take more.Hang in there you can do it.

I would do 7 days instead and spread them out threw the day instead of only taking them 2 X a day
