Tapering off?

Ok, so new at this. Well, kinda. Did the meth thing for about 3 years but kicked that 10 years ago. Now Im trying to figure out how to quit Percs and OC. Scared. Trying the cold turkey thing but thats not really workin. I keep gettin more when i feel like my skin is alive. I need to taper off because im pretty functional, but i cant take time off from work and i dont want my kids figuring this sh*t out. I take 70 to 90 m per day and have for about 2 years. Bigger problem is my hubby does it too and i offered to be the first to detox. I need some support and im not gettin it from him right now. Especially since i made him leave. i feel to bad to have  him near me right now. i know there are drs out there that can help with this but thats really not an option. any suggestions on tapering off...anyone?

Nope no other meds. as far as how many i have, well its an endless supply so i can take as long as i need to feel the least amount of pain. i also have a few people "guard doggin" me so that i don't go back and dip into my supply. i only need help with the percs as of today there will be no more OCs as the were only an occasional thing. I can do this I know I can. I have too. I have beautiful kids and a loving husband and a good life. i just watched an old friend lose everything to this and im not ready to do that. i just need help. only 3 people in my life know about my addiction and i kinda need to keep it like that. so not much of a support system. but the 3 i have are awesome.

I understand that you can't take off of work to do this....I could not imagine having to go to work through this...Now tapering is really hard, and you have to really be strong with this...
Okay how many do you have to taper with?

Like i said i can help u with a great taper plan for the percs, but not the oc's as i have never used them, but maybe someone can help you out with that one?
are you taking any other meds?
