Hey Sweetie I also agree with others.... When you have quite time seems things just pop in your head. Like when your laying down to sleep and things come to your mind and they are hard to get rid of. Instead of laying there get up get on net or do something take mind away from what ever is bothering you.. call someone., etx whatever you need to do...  We are all here for you sweetie... Pls take care of yourself...

I would agree, but would like to add that is the time when your body and mind is used to sleeping and when you cant sleep and are just so drained out, your wd's are twice as bad due to lack of sleep.

I agree with lesa........the nights are quiet and our brain doesnt ever sit idle.  During the day we are busy with jobs, kids, house etc and at the end of the night all the thoughts we pushed aside come creeping back in.  It is still very early in your recovery and the grief process.  Let yourself feel these emotions.........sara

Hi Febninthgirl.. I think it is worse at night because of the quiet.. we really have no distractions so out minds run away with us and focus more on ourselves.. I had lost my lil brother to suicide.. as I see it od is very similar. I'm very sorry but time will heal.. although we never not miss them the memories shift to the pleasant and good times.. You are doing so well and I'm so very proud of you.. warm hugs lesa
