hi people my name is dan  im on my 3rd day withdrawing from subutex its my 3rd day im getting back and leg cramps and not much sleep :(  anyway was hopeing to talk to other people in same persision................

Remember there is something called pink cloud, soon after detoxing we are feeling so good and proud of ourselves that we might think the work is done, don't please .... work on your recovery, learn about addiction and be proud of yourself too but don't let your guard down, ok ? :)

hiya... i now its great cant belive it 3 weeks and going stong....most the withdrawals have gone now all thats left is that i get really nakerd really quick.. but started looking for work now so things are going really well thanks ill give u a update in few days THANKS for all your help.

Hi :)  atthebeach has given you very good advices and support and i wanted to add mine...you are doing great and it seems you are very determined to change your life, it ay take time but don't get discouraged... Ok, i say this and i admit that life is not easy and i get discouraged at times but any stuff that may happen while being clean is better and we are better at dealing with it than going back to our old ways... All the strength and the best, keep pushing yourself and good luck :)

day 12 feeling good

hiya yer im doing really goood tnks im on day 11 think... i still got no energy and getting mild withdrawals but my sleep is comeing bk now i get bout 5 hrs sleep a night i usely wake up bout 4am so things are looking up for me!!!! i feel so good take ive got away from the demon opiats... im gone start looking for work nxt week and start to build my life up again cant wait... thanks and hope to here from u soon your input really helps THANKS
