The end is near!!

insurance
I have two different forms of arthritis ,but because of my no insurance status...i have no "doctor" prescribed pain management. I have regimened myself up to 30 mg. of morphine daily for over a year. This is coming to a abrupt end. Im not sure how im going to handle the kick. Ive got two days, then nothing!!! How can i lesson my W/D symptoms?

There r some safe over the counter and RX sleep meds..without insurance it is hard to buy rx meds tho...generics arent bad tho..phenergan is a safe drug for sleep and not habit forming/dont mean to encourage bad behavior/butphenergan is over the counter in most countries and can be  bought online

mosrphine is a cheap narcotic in comparison with many...if u r ready to quit then feel good in knowing that tapering to 30- mgs will make wds much easier/morphine is not absorbed well thru the GI tract...be safe and keep posting

a sleep aid would probably be nice. there are herbs that you can buy that can help. if you go into a good herbal store or like a whole foods they can help you with what to buy. not sure what morphine is like. but calming herbs are like valarian root, passion flower, skull cap, chamomile, kava kava, california poppy. i order stuff from a company called mountain rose herbs. on line. best to you and keep us updated.

you are just going to have to bite the bullit and w/d. Sub is an option if money is not a problem. Sub can be opening another can of worms so should be used as last resort. Have you w/d before? you will be fine, just do it and get it over with! its hard but can and has been done by many. Good luck!
