hi, calejea... i don't know about tramadol wd's bt i wanted to wish you luck :)
Hi there! I have been off tram for a couple of months. It's a bugger to come off of. Ideally, you should taper it. I didn't taper, and it was ROUGH. I wouldn't recommend that unless you own a padded room and a straight jacket!!!
Stay hydrated, use epsom salt in your bath at night or whenever you need it for aches and pains, don't take any benadryl and use cal/mag supplement for RLS. Hylands Leg Cramps was a life saver for me during WDs and so was immodium and gatorade!
I hope you have an easier time than I did! I was on about 15 a day. The insomnia and fatigue were the worst for me.
It gets better. Hang in there and keep posting!!!

If you go back to the doctor for help, make sure to burn that bridge. Take a letter requesting NO MORE opiates. Then , the doctor will be discouraged from prescribing them.
