Thomas' recipe; really? even for sub detox?

I know this recipe is ok with the site since it is posted there for all, but when I see Valium, I get a bit excited, if you know what I mean.
I used to like Valium way back in the day, like a warm fuzzy feeling. I do remember after a few days, and no more, I couldnt sleep at all; insomnia rebound.
Anyway, if one could even get Valium, or as suggested, from maybe the sub Dr.? it must be chosen for a reason and with a precise taper apparantly.
My question is, could this be used for suboxone detox too?

IIMHO benzos shouldn't even be listed as aids in a taper for that exact reason. Just my opinion tho! You could ask your doctor for Clonodine. It's used for people with high blood pressue and is not addictive. Before suboxone came out that what they used to use for an opiate detox. It works great... I've used it sporadically throughout my taper and highly recommend it to anyone going thru opiate detox.

if u had a previous problem with valium then it may not be a good idea...but yes ur sub doc can help u/and should help u with a taper and some meds to help detox...benzos are addictive and for short term use only....the aminos in the thomas recipe can mimic many ADs, anti-anxietys and energy meds...give it a shot at the recommended doses..along with a daily dose of exercise
