Today is day 12!

It still seems like I count down the hours till its time to go to bed. For the most part I feel pretty good. Still not eating much and I'm a little down I guess, but it just seems like the days are so so long now. Is this normal? I try and keep busy but there's just not enough to do and it seems like I'm always checking the clock like I'm bored and want the day to be over with already. Tell me this will end soon and things will return to normal. On the bright side I have absolutely no cravings to take a pill:)

Hey Ash-

Congrats on day 12!  Gnarly gave you good advice and here's my two cents....Exercise!  I know-I am saying this a lot but for good reason.  A. It gets you up and out.  B. It releases natural endorphins and hits that 'pleasure centre' in your brain that needs to be re-trained...C. It makes you feel better about yourself...D.  You will rest more peacefully and might even sleep better...

I could go on and on...I started small (brisk walk around the block...yoga stretches) and have worked my way up to a 7km hike and a yoga class once a day...

Oh- and fresh air and deep breathing are very good things....
Keep on going...Lu
