Sorry but no NA or aftercare...Anti_dep's helped for the first 3 months..after that I had No desire..You would think that I would after 3 yrs of abuse...

what do you contribute to your success? did you do aftercare NA / AA / counselor that helped THIS time compared to previous ones? congrats thats a great accomplishment i'd love to hear what worked/works for you

Just take it one day at a time..Those mental demons are gone, I hope for good!
