10 Days clean, When will the goose bumps go away from Hyro

Hello, I am 10 days clean today from being on Norco for shattering my foot 2 years ago. I did not even know that these things could be physically addictive! This has probably been one of the hardest things I have done in my life to quit these things, but I would rather deal with some pain than be in a fog all the time. It just felt like the pills were starting to take over my life, could not go anywhere without them you know? My main question is, when will these &^%$# goose bumps go away??? They come and go, but they are definitely better that the first five days!

Thanks,
Mark

Hi all, well today is day 11 and I must say that each day is getting a little bit better... Sure is a slow process, but I guess for being on that **** for two years, you would have to pay in some way or another. Thanx to all that answered my initial post and I think that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel not to far off...

Appreciate every ones thoughts and God Bless

i think the cold thing lasted like a few weeks. sitting by or just about on top of my fireplace was the only thing that warmed me up.

Are you cold? try a sweater or layered clothing. I thought I was going to freeze, and it was warm here.
Good luck!  It will pass!
