I thought about it all night and I think your right. I think I need to come clean and tell her. Thanks guys.
Hi Lynn, it's so good to hear from you. I've often wondered how you were doing. So this is your best friend and they don't know about you and your situation? If this is truly your best friend, then you would trust them, right? Maybe you could sit down and explain your situation. I think it's a good idea to talk to your counselor.
How have you been? Let's us know what's been happenning. We will help you and give you tons of support. Take care, honey.
Hey, Lynn. I get the impression that you've been on something for a long time? You've been a member since 2011, so I'm assuming. I'm sure you've read this along the way: keeping secrets keeps us sick. I don't know if you do aftercare (I hope so) but everyone in meetings is an addict just like everyone at the methadone clinic is an addict. So, so what? Maybe something different happening will be a change in the right direction for you. My advice is to let it go. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Are you trying to taper down?
