Ughhh so down right now

I am back again after stopping for 3 weeks. For 5 years I have been off and on Pain Pills, any kind I can find. This time I trying to stop forever. I took 2.5MG of Methadone to help curb withdrawals and tomm I will take the only Tramadol I own. I am hoping that after only 1 1/2 month of abuse my WD's will not last as long. It has been 48 hours since I last took an Oxy Codone. Since then I took 5 mg of methadone and then 2.5 today.

No I dont belive there are  offical NA online meetings but there are 12 step meeting online if you google it you will find alot . good luck you can do it

I will do that. I looked up meetings earlier. I may go to the one tomm. I think its so difficult this time because of my depression. I am going to make it a month. That is my first goal!! Then I will make it 2! Then 3! Thank you so much for your responses. Is there any forum for NA online? For example we all meet here at 7PM on Tuesday to chat?

sounds to me like you need to check out some aftercare...most of here find the w/ds are the easy part.  learning to live a drug free life is much harder.  please check out some type of aftercare...na/aa or therapy anything to figure out why you use and make the changes necessary to live sober.  you can do it, you just need a little help!!!!

Hang in there, it will get better in a few days. Why don't you just toss the tram and not take anything no more? I know it's gonna be hell for a bit, but get it over with. Have you looked into the thomas recipe here to help with w/d's?
