That's 365 big, huge, enormous days!  I'm so proud of you, my little munchkin!  (For those of you who don't know why I call her munchkin, ask her how tall she is!)  

There was never a day when I thought you wouldn't make it this far!  Keeping me in line has probably been your hardest nursing job yet, huh? : )  Anyway, happy "one year" to my hero, rock star friend!!!  I hope you have many, many more!!!!

Hey darlin just wanted to come say congrats...you've been such a sweetheart to me (and a good partner to bounce my frustrations off of ;-) ) and now that I know that I'm actually taller than someone (I'm 5'2") I like you even more hehe....big congrats, you should be SO proud of yourself. I know the physical side of what you must've gone through, but it's the mental battle that you fight that has my sincere admiration.

Here's to many more clean years...I'll toast to you with my coca-cola ;-)

You guys!!    I'm laughing my a$$ off!!!    First, I thought my "big day" was tomorrow!!  That should tell you what I'm NOT thinking about!!   Thank goodness Tramahater knows what day it is...for a change!

I'm 5'1' and I never felt short until today!  And LEA ANN...I did lose those 10 pounds,you??

Seriously, thank you all for such kind remarks. If I ever helped you,believe me, it helped me,as well.  I'm very proud of what I've done (or not done) and today I feel wonderful!  But,please know, I'm not strong,wonderful,special, (maybe a rock star), anymore than each one of YOU.  We're in the trenches together.  My guard is always up (addict 3 and Sara) and I've had a lot of help getting to this point. Aftercare is HUGE (oh...I used to hate that word!) and so is the love of good friends...

Do something nice for myself today?   I agree.  I'm leaving now to buy some platform shoes(for daily wear) and 4" heels (for the rest of the time).  I'll post back after I've broken a
( not very long ) leg.  I wonder if it would heal faster because it's smaller???    What am I  thinking?  Even shoes won't make me tall!!     I guess I'll continue to rely on my big girl attitude!!
