Day 70 people !

Good day all , Well day 70 started out very well but got a little of the paws effect and now that's starting to fade away . What a journey back guys . Fighting the cravings the maybe just on the weekends and all the other temptations . I am still taking 10 mils . of Lexapro a day and trying to stay as busy as possible . My days are getting better and better . I am having more good days then bad at this point . I have high hopes of feeling pretty normal by day 90 or so . I hope all of you are well Jimmy

Congrats on 70 days!!!  Keep up the good work.  Please make sure you are looking into some after care or a good support system.  I am sure you know getting clean is the easy part the hard part is staying that way.  NA or some type of support system might help with some of the PAWS stuff.  It is really helping me anyways.
