corroded cocaine nostril

I use cocaine almost daily for 8 months, about two months ago every night I would get bad migraines in my right temple (I use right nostril) I took agood look in nostril and realized my septum is covered in coke . has anyone had this problem or know how to get it out? I have stopped, and used saline spray and steam to loosen and sofen it in hope it would unstick and I could blow it out. I was told to try the netti pot but am afraid

Im inclined to piggy back what nursegirl said in that its probably not cocaine your seeing. Ive done the cocaine thing back in the day...went on month runs and all. Yes...its coated the inside of my nose and have been able to see it at times however its never gotten to the point where it was "stuck" as you say. Cocaine dissolves in water. If you've tried to rinse out your nose with a nasal rinse and there still remains some white powder...it is not coke but rather cut...or damage like nursegirl said.

You should probably see a doctor because it sounds like damage more than anything.

It's probably not cocaine your seeing, but rather the damage.  I definitely wouldn't recommend trying to remove whatever you're seeing.

You need to be seen by a doctor.  Unfortunately, if you continue, you will just continue to do more and more damage to your nose.  Most of the damage is usually permanent.

I don't know enough about this problem to answer your questions. I would urge you to go to a Dr or A&E just to be safe. You must seek professional help with it. I had a friend who's right side of his nose collapsed due to long and heavy coke use, he had to get plastic surgery to repair the damage, I never talked to him at great length about it so I don't know exactly what he went through but I know the Dr weren't surprised or shocked and he had to prove he was clean from use before they would go ahead and operate. I'm not saying your nose is going to collapse anything but, but you must get it checked out by a professional who knows exactly what to do, you could cause more damage trying to fix things yourself. Coke is cut with all kinds of nasty chemicals so just be careful. Please seek help. I wish you all the luck in the world. Well done for stopping by the way..
