What can be done for flu like symptoms

I'm currently going cold turkey and want to know what I could do for my flu like pains. I have taken 7.5 and 10.5 for the past two years. I had some major surgery on my body and I had to take these to ease the pain. Now I feel like I don't need to take them as much so I just stopped taking them. What over the counter medicine would you recommend for my headaches and diarrhea.

hi welcome to the forum.....plain old tylonol or alive will help but soaking in a bath with epsom salt is better you got about a 4 or5 day week of this then it will start to get better.....Gnarly
