What do you THINK

Well hey everyone,

I need to ask or maybe I just need reassurance, I dont know!!!  Anyway still having pressure in head like a bad sinus infection, still having pain on the left side of head in my teeth mainly the upper teeth but it is just on left side. My shoulders are up around my eyeballs now, you know the tension. I am going to the dentist this Tuesday. Is it possible cause my idiot doctor told me to take that ativan to help with the W/Ds off the lortab, that this is enhancing my nervous system more. OR is it my shoulders causing this pain?  I am not taking anymore of the ativan as of 3 days ago. Get electric shocks in my shoulder on right side, and then left hand will tingle.  Oh and get this, yesterday the pain was really brutal in my upper arms. Still get kind of sick at stomach, not throwing up just a little sick, and still dizzy in the head. It is so bothersome, that I feel I am going to be like this for always!!!
It is 95 days off the lortab today. I must have pinched nerves by the tons in my neck, I just dont know. I still have lots of tigling in my legs and feet.  Listen, I am just asking cause I am not bouncing back like some of you are. Maybe its my age, dont know. I am eating good, and doing the massager on my shoulders. I have a massager like the chiropractors use, in fact that is where I got it years ago. My head feels like there is a band around it.  Thanks for listening, just wondering WHAT DO YOU THINK????  Your comfort is greatly appreciated.

If I was a horse, they would have already shot me!!!l lol Seriously.
Kim

Hi Kim sorry you're having a bad time right now . Look getting clean takes time and I can tell you from experience that you can feel great for weeks at a time and then wake up one day and feel like its day 7 ! Sounds besides the pain you may be experiencing some of this . In time you will be fine psychologically I promise ! Why don`t you IM me and tell me how you are doing with the anxiety and panic ..Jimmy

I am a lot like you. First off for me I have bad sinuses normally and a shady stomach. One of the few benefits for me while on opioids is that it absolutely cured my sinus and stomach problems 100%. No infections or sinus pain, no stomach emergencies, I could breath great. But once off everything came back with a vengeance. Sinus headaches, IBS, and I developed really bad neck pain on the left side. And when I sit at my desk my left arm and hand goes numb. I know it's severe tension.
What has helped is I found an upper cervical chiropractor. Google that. It's chiropracty with sound waves. I am lucky to have a very good one near me. I cannot go often as I should because of $$ but when I can it really helps a lot.
Its crazy how they do it you feel nothing at all. Then later that night you will FEEL it lol.

Does Advil help the pain Kim?  I really think you need to see
an ENT and they will scope your sninuses as well they
will do a CT of your sinuses....Check with your primary care doc first otherwise
just get an appointment with good ORL(ENT) doc...

Hang in there you will find the answer.  I went to my dentist once about six months ago and he said your teeth are fine and it was my sinuses as he said.

Strong antibiotics and steroid shot healed me in two weeks felt like crap however wanted them to pull my teeth glad he did not...

Take care Sam
