Whats The Best Way To Detox Off 10/325 Narcs & 30 Oxys.

About 7 months ago i was in a horrible accident.  I got shot in the head while an attempt to car jack me. Anyway. The bullet went thru my left cheek & came out my neck. No surgery, no therapy. No nothin all muscle. But in the mist of all that i also picked up a THC habbit. I Take the yellow narcs but also get 30 oxys to get high. Im writing this & its the first time in a long time. That im sober. I don't wanna take mymeds im jus starring at in while i type on my tablet. But i don't wanna hurt either.  I gonna take half of that 30 & wing off em. But i need some kind of methods. Foods, vvitamins.  I live in my own place & my girl knows too cause i told her. Im an upcoming business man & i wont let this peice of **** pill or drugs come between my success &family.  Lmk!!!!! & i know i need to recover its only been 7 months. Buti wontlet it get deeper. & i originally started with oxycodone 10mg. But im onthe yellow narcs & 30 oxys.please thank you&god bless...

My drug of choice - vicodin. I have been clean over 90 days.  I never thought I would be here.  As Taking stated, the Thomas recipe will help get you through the physical withdraws. You have to change your thought patterns.  You have to distract your brain when you are jonesing for a pill...crank music, watch funny movies, exercise if you can (even just a short walk). You have a sober life full of possibilities ahead of you.  If you are ready to quit, determine if you need to taper or go cold turkey.  I was not strong enough to taper cuz if the pills were around, regardless of my intentions, I would take them.  Let us know what you decide.  Just know that we are here for you.  Your life is worth fighting for...you have been thru so much already...live the rest of it sober!

Hi Welcome to the forum! If you want it bad enough then you can stop! I never thought that I had the will power to go through withdrawals but here I am. At the bottom of the page is a link "the Thomas receipe" it's full of items to help subside the wd's.
how much Norco & oxycodone are you currently taking?
