Whay can I take in place of Darvocet for pain?

I was currently prescribed darvocet for pain but it was taken off the market. Since I haven't had anything. My doc gave me tylenol 3 but it made me sick. He then prescribed tramadol but I didn't fill it after I've read about the terrible withdrawal symptoms. Is there anything else that isn't real strong or addicting that is similar to darvocet? I haven't had any withdrawal symptoms from the darvocet but my pain is getting bad and 2000mg of tylenol a day can't be good for me. Is there anyone that can help?

I'd air your concerns about the tramadol with your Dr and see if there's something else he would suggest for you..

Not too sure but my original addiction 8 years ago started with darvocet believe it or not. So glad u let that one go. Good luck. Wish I could be more help
