Back Pain

This is day 11. After crying bouts most the day yesterday I went to na meeting and feel much better emotionally today. My question however is, how long b/f my phyiscal pain (not dope sick pain) but phyisical pain, my back feels like it is on fire. I am sure it is just nearves not sparking yet. any advice

For me the pain lasted 15 days. I took antinflamatories (sorry bout the spelling) and they really helped. Heat and ice also did wonders. The good thing is you have 11 days!!!! YAY

Hot baths with epsom salts...and try to get exersize...all I did was go for walks and it helps. Hang in there....you will feel so much better sooner than you think. :)

depending if its from withdrawals it can last a few weeks if it due to an ingery it can be a wile longer you get whats called rebound pain everyone is different its up to your brein to produce the natural dopamine for it to let up that and some advil will usually do the trick you may try motrin or tylonol now and see if it help's good luck and God bless   Gnarly

I'm on day 5 and my back is killing me too!
