it is just making me so unmotivated and numb.  I just feel blah & i know it's the effexor. i mean i dont have any social anxiety anymore and prolly could stand on a stage in front of ten million people now and do some public speaking, lol, but i dont know if it's worth it.  Sigh.

Yeah mine too.  I don't even know if it's working.  One thing at a time though lol.

you know, i think because 37.5 is the lowest you can go with effexor, I actually think you are not going to experience much more. You may feel more emotional for a bit.  From what I remember from the last time I got off it, (and I did not taper long enough which was a HUGE mistake on my part), it is out of your body completely within 7-10 days. I regret getting back on it, but at the time I thought it would help.  You are my hero, because that is next on my never-ending goal list:)

I just talked to my doctor about withdrawing from Effexor.  I am on 150 mgs.
Did you taper?  Is that the lowest you can go?  I have heard of people suffering from brain zaps and I know i experience them when I forget to take my Effexor.  I also just feel unwell and edgy.  Hopefully you tapered down to that and maybe you won't experience anything else.  Please let me know.
